Buying Obby Mauler/Obby Tank [RSGP/PayPal]

Title pretty much says it all, I'm interested in buying either an Obby Tank, or an Obby Maul Pure.
I'm looking for an account with stats like these:

Attack: 1-5 (No More, I'd Prefer 1)
Strength: 60+ (If 59 I''ll Take It)
Defence: 1-40+
Prayer: 1-31 (No More)
Range: 1 (Prefered But Not Mandatory)
Mage: 1 (Prefered But Not Mandatory)

Must have a GOOD name, have decent cash (Atleast 1mill), have no recoveries or bank pin, and must have 0 black marks.

I am looking for ONLY obby maul pures, if you post any other types off accounts you will be reported for spam. Do not add my msn unless posting here first, I get too many adds and I don't know who's who.
