Banned Dispute

I'm d_7_x just tried making a new account d7x, to send Nathan' a pm, was banned for "ban evading".. Was just trying to post a dispute and contact him via msn/pm.

Review the trades more carefully, nowhere did we both agree on paying him for whether or not i died in bh, no where does it say on his thread that's my responsibilty, in the ss i said I sent the payment, meaning i sent the payment for 3.50, the million i actually recieved. Yes I understand there is a known message, but in my defense I argue why would r2pleasent have his own disclaimer if it was a known message.

(Known message) is me reffering to people paying for there goods even if they dont recieve them.

That's his thread, nowehere does it say "if you die in bh, its your responsibilty, you still have to pay me" etc.

If this is really a worthy reason for banning me (I don't doubt any of you staff) at of the community... I'll send 4.75 and screenshot it for him not putting a disclaimer on, and for my own ignorance.

Was looking to speak to Nathan' before I posted this, sent him a pm no response, Viper000 suggested to post here, and after speaking with DarkGroove over msn, I chose to indeed post here.

As far as I know, I was active in the community, got atleast 5 ban evaders banned, making friends with people, etc etc.
