RuneLoco is a Scammer!!

So yesterday I asked for some help in training my strength up for free.
RuneLoco offered, and since it appeared he was trusted and had no bad history I agreed and went on MSN.
We then organized all the fine details and I handed him over the account details.
He said he would be finished my tommorrow, so I said that was fine and I left him to it.
I logged on today to see his progress since he said he would be finished around this time.
I come onto my account to check if anything has been done, none of my strength has been trained and I am just outside bounty hunter wearing a saradomin helm.... and someone telling me they will come when I am ready (Their username is Img 1 UK)

I am also carrying 1000 nats, 27 Lobs and all my rune armour and scimi is gone. None of the lobsters or strength pots i supplied him has been used and i used to have 800-900k... now only 15k!!

These 3 screenies show my location when logging in, the fact that no training has been done (i started on that much xp) and no food or pots has been used, as well as my 800-900k gone.
If this isnt enough evidence, I dont know what is, but I hope that scum gets banned.
