The case is still under PayPal review:

I did not answered to his syte.org PM since it was me who asked to PM me, so I can be sure that Im talking with the right sythe.org user, I asked him to copy paste the whole conversation of ours in that PM, he did that and the chat matched exactly so I was 100% sure that Im talking with the right one:
