Spoiler: Manager Contract

This role is up to discretion of administrators and highly selective.
Minimum Deposit of 500m 07 GP Required
1. Must be able to speak fluent English and ability to use proper grammar.
2. You may not work on orders outside of the ticket system on the Arctics Services discord.
3. You must have clean reputation on Sythe and forums outside of Sythe. (No TWC/DNT)
4. Must be able to use Discord and Runelite.
5. Assist in bumping threads
6. You will never accept payments for orders as a worker.
8. You'll work at an 90-10% profit (90% of an order's amount is yours).
9. The deposit is 100% refundable. You must provide a 1 month notice so that any orders that you're working on can be completed.
10. You must have 2FA Enabled on Sythe and Discord as well as a profile picture on discord.
11. You'll be paid on a weekly basis and need an account with 500k xp at minimum.
12. You'll be expected to assist with quoting tickets and interacting with customers before they order.
13. In case a problem arises, you are expected to contact upper staff as soon as possible.
14. You have an understanding that as we grow as a company, your duties will be subject to change at anytime.
15. You will be expected to take transactions logs via gif and other image formats.
16. You may only collect payments from customers up to 300m 07, and if the order exceeds that amount you will contact upper staff for the customer to proceed.

Spoiler: Senior Worker Contract

6. You will never accept payments for orders as a worker.
8. You'll work at an 80-20% profit (80% of an order's amount is yours). As you do more orders/work with us, you'll receive a bigger cut! Entry/Trial Worker - 80/20 Worker - 85/15 Senior Worker - 88/12
9. The deposit is 100% refundable. You must provide a 1 month notice so that any orders that you're working on can be completed.
10. You must have 2FA Enabled on Sythe and Discord as well as a profile picture on discord.
11. You'll be paid on a weekly basis and need an account with 500k xp at minimum.

Spoiler: Terms Of Service

1. We have the right to decline any order with or without reason.
2. You may only pay via OSRS gp or crypto.
3. You must not log in while your account(s) are being serviced unless you have permission from our Managers, our Admins, or the worker that is servicing your account. In the occurrence of you logging in without explicit permission the ongoing service will be terminated and no refund will be given.
4. Once you place an order for our services, you must remove all unnecessary wealth off of the account. If you fail to remove unnecessary wealth, you agree and acknowledge the fact that we are not responsible for any loss of wealth whether it be before, during, or after the service.
5. If we are unable to complete the agreed upon services, we will return a partial refund depending on what services we had failed to render.
6. You must provide all things that are required to complete the service in an efficient matter.
7. We are not responsible for any infractions on accounts, as we are able to provide automatic screenshots from the RuneLite client to show that every service is hand-done by us.
8. We will not provide any refunds if an account is banned because all services are rendered by hand.
9. We are not responsible of any lost services that were previously rendered due to the unfortunate event of a Jagex rollback and we will not be required to complete services that had been rendered prior to the rollback.
10. Services are required to be ordered through the ticket system located on our discord server as our employees are prohibited from offering and working on any orders that are out of the ticket system in this discord server.

11. You are required to change the password of any serviced account following the completion of agreed upon service, a refund, and/or changes with which workers are assigned.
12. You are absolutely to never pay any amount of money over or equal to 300m OSRS GP to our Manager and will tag our Admins inside the ticket so an Admin can proceed with payment. The only positions allowed to accept payments under 300m OSRS gp (or under) is our manager
13. We will not be held responsible to any unwanted levels and/or the loss of HCIM status on the RuneScape account.
14. By placing a service with us, you agree and have acknowledged our terms of service. 15. You acknowledge that our terms of service are subject to change.
16. Since services are required to be ordered through the ticket system located on our discord server, we are not responsible for any services outside of the scope of ticket system on the discord.
