Need help

I recently just bought a osrs acc and the account got recovered, I used playerauctions and so far it has been an absolute nightmare... they claim I don’t have insurance for the account, and tell me to post all the information I just sent them. Also how am I suppose to get jagged to give me account information besides a password denied request to reset it? I’m definitely not going back to playerauctions and going to start using here. I’m confused on how to resolve with them and was wondering if anyone has dealt with this?

I’ve never had trouble buying gold from them.. but getting an account was something I don’t think I’ll do again. It took them a long time to reply to only be told I don’t have insurance and they’ll try to contact the seller, his account on pa is gone. It takes you to a 404 error

If you don‘t want to risk anything, create an account and give it to someone else to train it. it is a bit more expensive, but as it is yours, you uust need a trusted service provider. there are still many scammers here.

I’ve looked into it but everyone wants an absurd amount of money, when I train my pure it’s pretty much afkable and I can watch Netflix or read on my phone while doing it only checking every 5 minutes to an hour depending on what I’m doh g

 

unfortunatley accounts are the most scariest things to buy in my own opinion. they really only take into account the location the account was made in. so if they still had the same ip the account was made on then they would without a doubt get the account back with no trouble. always only buy accounts from here and ALWAYS make sure you find someone trustworthy and has plenty of vouches to back them up. sorry for the loss.
