some good def pures out there are "d e f 1 2 3", "torag poons", "Call me Phy", and Essence Bond (ME ).

we just pretty mcuh train def all day until 40+ combat and fix barricades until we can not be bothered.

its not that crazy to see a lvl 17 in that armor, he used the party room as a drop trader or drop traded someother way

 

It's obvious where he gets his cash. He is transfering via Party Room

yea i have a lvl 17 with 40 defence to, i know a lvl i think he is 23 with 60 defence, loots leet with full drag on

 

not too bad just a 40 def pure with armor + transfer lol

I've seen a level 17 in full rune (g) with fury & firemaking cape.

 

Not TOO good but ok.

 

71 fishing gets you no were near 5m enless you slave and fish the highest fish possible
