2FA Removal Request

I have access to all above contact methods. I moved a couple blocks since my last login, but I am still in the same city with the same ISP.

Not sure I'm 100% comfortable with providing an ID, though. Couple reasons surrounding that, but hopefully the above answers will suffice.

As I said I still have access to my phone number and email, just not the 2FA code.
