The man was told there was a defender before the service and his workers alched it.

    All of it together

Note: Nobody else had access to the account during this time. I stand to get 0 gain from removing my own defender. I ask that I am not thrown under the rug and treated as everyone else. His worker has alched my defender and I simply want it replaced.

@Shockingly this looks like the same report from a few months ago, do you have anything new to add? It looks like you provided the same evidence as the last report.
    1. You didn't notice the defender was missing until two days after the service was completed
    2. Your claim of you gaining nothing from removing your defender is true. Though this claim also works for @RUNGOLD 's worker. You get nothing from dismantling a hilt.
    3. You claim that his worker high alched it for profit, I'm not sure if you know this or not but defenders are not capable of being high alched. Avernic defender

Which makes it even less likely that I would lose my own defender.

I have also added a few more pictures in and in all fairness, the defender went missing during his service. The reason of why isn't really something I can explain. I have no reason to take my own item, plain and simple. Maybe his worker thought he could get the item out of it? This has been a pattern in the past with this particular user, especially his workers going rogue. The onset of him being unbanned with him getting away scot free is interesting. He also offered to immediately give me more services for the defender going missing, which to me seems like the old runegold trying to hide yet another public issue.

I understand you believe you gain nothing, but in the past users have tried to frame service providers with the exact claims that you say. It's possible you lost it within the two days of the service being completed and were looking to get a quick compensation, it's also possible that rungold's worker took it. But it's not possible to prove unfortunately and i'm sorry. If the report was made immediately after rungold said the service was completed, it would be different, though you didnt notice until two days prior to the completion of the service. i'll leave this open for you to reply, but if you can't provide anything else besides 'it makes no sense for me to take it', then i'll have to close the report

The two days should not matter. He still had access to my account just as if he was doing the service. It was a three month job and 2 days is really insignificant in this time.

That is the same as saying I do a service on your account and say its finished then take all of your items and just be like "oh i was done sorry idk what happened." The fact is that he still had the password and since I did not log in for the duration of the service it could have been taken at any time. My sythe activity from that time shows I was not on for two days as well. On top of that, the bank value is unchanged other than that one item being gone. The two days is insignificant because its as if he is still doing the service. How many people have a 3 month service done and say nothing when its finished? Zero.

Being able to prove whether or not he took it in that period of time should not even be relevant. The facts are he had the information to the account, and I did not confirm if the job was even done until after he said that. With this thinking, he could have not even done the service and you would have said that he said it was complete 2 days prior.

You're also trying to say that I was framing someone who was permanently banned/DNT'ed at the time of report.

Yes, framing a service provider who will pardon is a common frame tactic - but i'm not saying you were framing him. I'm only saying it has happened in the past. To conclude the report -
The report was delayed, regardless of your activity time
You say he high alched the defender - it's not alchable.
You say you gain nothing - he also gains nothing, when dismantling the hilt it says that it will be destroyed.
    Sorry.

EDIT: I've issued an infraction for 'Circumventing Staff Decisions or Wasting Staff Time', as you didn't provide any new evidence. You can't simply report a user over and over for the very same service from a couple months ago
