About my temp. ban

Could someone please lift it or make it to one week?
Someone scammed me for 250$ And I really need to sell the accounts.
I didn't knew that it wasn't allowed to bump my topics.
On another forum (Which I dont name here) it is allowed to bump after 4 hours.
I bumped each 10 - 12 hours my topic.

Please lift/short my temponary ban.
