The reason I was banned was a scripting related dispute (for an offsite client). From the beginning of the work I had given the customer access to ALL work completed with nothing hidden, due to a number of personal circumstances and in some areas neglect on my part I was unable to finish the script in a timely manner, the user requested a Full Refund.

I have and still refuse a full refund as the user has had access (No longer as of a few weeks ago) to all work that I had completed in the time which was a near-finished script however I was unable to complete due to the complexity of a certain area of it - I can reveal the script to a member of staff which should reveal that it was not a simple script by any means.

I believe I should be forgiven as I simply completed work for the user over the course of a few months up to a point where they requested a full refund - as any development service online or in the real-world, it wouldn't be fair to force the developer to refund weeks of work completely despite the amount of time put into testing and writing code.

I am more than happy to negotiate a course of action with the user however I remain of the view that a full refund is unreasonable on my part for weeks worth of work - After the initial dispute I agreed to complete the script if I had access to an account that could complete the tasks needed, I couldn't get access to this therefore couldn't complete I was also banned on the bot site which prevented me both developing and testing.

Outside of this dispute I have maintained a good reputation across the community (and offsite) claiming over 300 vouches with no negative feedback and no previous disputes on Sythe (that I'm aware of) and none offsite that have not been resolved in a timely and mutually beneficial manner (until this one). In my time on Sythe I have completed a large amount of service for a lot of people with no issue and still maintain trust within the customers I had in this time - despite this event.

If @Boostify would like to resolve this debt by accepting the script he can do so, if not, he will need to be refunded as ruled on the post above.
