imagine waiting over 6 months for 13 hours of code

what is the thought process on this exactly? ' video wants me to rf 500$ ' ' so why not just finish the bot that i was suppose to make months ago so i can keep ALL the money ' ... -_-

feeling bad for @Bert despite him barely being able to put time into his casino, i don't think its fair to get dealt a card like this.

and shin, don't take this post like im going out of my way to insult you you know im not that kinda guy., just think about it from berts perspective, you wouldn't feel screwed over in a instance like this? you finished the bot THAT fast yet couldn't do this for months like bert wanted you to?;/

 

Meh. Seems fair except for the delivery delay. Let's say someone promised barrows gloves in a week and took 3 months instead, some sort of compensation is appropriate even if the order were completed eventually.

However, Shin should be prepared to fix bugs that will inevitably arise from testing/production usage of the bot.

 

In those cases time is always mentioned when giving a quote. They specifically did not discuss time and shin knows that he can take as much as time as he wants since hes not binded time limits

 

i'd normally agree with something like this but keep in mind he finished this bot while a refund amount was still being agreed, and it took him so long to finish it that at this point berts clan is basically dead, the bot has no use to him now the refund would be much better, shin quickly finished this code in a matter of days to avoid having to refund bert when he could of did this in the span of MONTHS that it was needed to be done. in my opinion its a rubbish attempt to avoid having to refund any of the money

 

If Bert had already gotten someone else to do the job, I would agree, because then the finished work would be redundant and of no use.

Still, compensation of some amount is appropriate because it wasn't completed in an acceptable timeframe.
