*Virus help*Scanning .java/.class

no anti-virus will find a virus in a .java or .class as they wont exhist.

All viruses included in these documents will be invisible unless you go through the script(.java) yourself and look for it.
Once you execute a .class that has been compiled from a .java that has a virus in it your computer could be considered screwed depending on the intelligence of the maker.

When I say virus i use the term loosely.
A virus mentioned above could be a downloader that downloads a program that will destroy your files, to just something that will shutdown and prevent your computer from starting up again.

This little bit of info was ment to educate people from saying "Scan Please" on a file that your anti-vir wouldnt be able to detect, thank you.

that's the same with most files isn't it?

i could make a program to delete some files or put a shutdown script in your startup s folder in vb or c++ or a simple bat file and it wouldn't be detected ,
(probably because it isn't a virus its a malicious script)
