JR93 forgot password

I have forgot my password to my account but Im not sure what email I put on the account, is it possible that you could tell me my email so I could log into it? thanks

ISP logins - [redacted] I think I just logged in on my phone never on laptop.
my date of birth on account is a few months out but the day and the [redacted] is correct, I can provide that as I didn't want to use my real one for safety reasons of email recoveries etc.
