i also noticed strength potions have been decreasing in price and have now started to rise back up, so it might even make this merchanting method better, im stocking up on str pots (4) as we speak (and im using the leftover vials to make WF vials)

 

Nice, nice =D I tryed to buy Corrupt Dragon Dagger.. Maximum. Nothing in 2 days. Same with Corrupt Dragon Chainbody. 2 days @ max = nothing.. Just too hard to buy them for the little profit..

Alright so you make 4% on your money. Not bad. I'm sure that adds up quite quickly when you start buying more than 1 at a time.

 

I like the decanting idea, it's very creative. Somebody should do some research to see if it's possible to do this with more expensive potions, which would have a larger rate of return.

 

decanting is only gud profit in large numbers

 

It's simple, buy 12 potions (3), decant them, sell them (4), take notes of how much you got. Try with more kinds of potions and when you find one that is fast and gives a good profit, do it with that kind of potion =D

 

Ok, Black Gold-Trimmed Sets made my day yesterday xD I made 150k in 1 hour by buying 3 @ Med and selling them @ Max

arent you supose to buy the pieces, then make the set and sell it to avoid the 4hr rule?
what i was doing for a while, dharoks helms were really hard to get and people paid massive ammounts for them, but you COULD get them in the ge. most people if they got a hlem, just sold it with junk, but after i got a helm i bought the rest of the pieces for about market, made a set and sold it max, making tons of gp =D

Wow, never knew about decanting thing. I never noticed my 200+ super attack + super strength (1)s. Saved me a lotta money ;p

 

That's also a good Idea but more ment to p2p as they have more G.E. slots. But It's not as fast as buying med selling max. I'm now doing it with 2 Wizard Gold-trimmed sets at 1 time. That's all I can afford right now. I started merchanting from 50k about 3 weeks ago so I guess it's not that bad. I'll probably write a guide for getting 1M from your first 1k..

It's still very basic. I'm working on a FULL guide for merchanting.. Btw, please don't try runes merchanting.. After 24h I only bought 7000 water runes -.-
