@Wayne777 if you believe you have been wronged here you will need to make a separate report

 

This report is a prime example of why we encourage a clear agreement between parties for complex transactions. Since there was none here, and because some workable product was created, we are simply ruling this as a 50-50 split. A $500 refund is owed to @Bert from @Shin. When this is done, the report will be closed and marked resolved

 

@video There was a clear agreement between us. $1,000 for up to 40 hours of work on the project specification provided. I worked 27 hours, so I expect to receive no less than $675 for services rendered.

If you want to simply rule this as a 50-50 split, then I simply want 50% of the profits made as a result of the bot in return. I retained the intellectual property rights of my code and it was always specified as such.

 

This report can be closed. I wrote the code instead.

 

Our dispute system is "adversarial" so our final judgment will await until Bert has posted.

Bert has stated he will post by the 23rd

 

I do not want Shin's code nor do I trust him at all anymore. I will be making my own report against Shin as I was being nice before, but after he came to me in the middle of this report and said the code is finished was very sketchy to me, and I believe that it would be unresponsible of me not to create a report and show the sythe community what type of admin we have here.

 

This has already been settled therefore I am closing this thread.
