Introduction
Hi there this is my ultimate guide to 99 range.
I will be showing you some aspects oF Ranging.
Range Is My preferred Way of Fighting.

Lets get Started!

1.1 Starting OFF!

Right To Start Range Training You need at least 30,000 Gp [Members]

You can do this by Teleporting to Lumbrigde. And follow my map to get you to the range TUTOR.



Now your there Right Click CLAIM the tutor she will give you 25 ranging arrows and a training bow


now to the cow field!
map underneath to show you how to get there


Now your at the cow field kill cows pick up the bones the cow hides your training arrows and the raw beef.



once you have a full inventory of items, go to the bank like so -:



Now do this till you have 100 cow hides 100 bones and 100 raw beef.


now go to the Grand exchange and sell the bones and the cow hides and the raw beef..


WOOt you just made yourself... 24,800 Coins!

in this time you should of made 1-20 range .

1.2 20-80 Range
Right now you should be at the grand exchage have click on the range tab.. and see which armour is best for you at that range level and Buy it from the Grand exchange. For Members BUY 1000 Bronze Knifes.
Also Buy a Camelot Teleport, From the Grand Exchange. Dont Worry Just buy and click it. and wallaaa your at camelot from now follow the map given benea
Now We go to the ROCK CRABS! if you are not sure where these are since im kind ive made a map you .

continue killing these rock crabs till you reach 80 range It may seem boring but one of the best ways of going about it.

1.7 80-99 Range

Now this is where you enjoy your Lovely range Skill. you could get a Dragonic visage worth 15m!
Too The iron Dragons! i will show u what is needed to go to iron dragons also a map to get there!
An Inventory of some idea of what is needed , aniti firepotions.
You need a Glory amulet (4) teleport to karamja and follow the map from the tele point.




from there go to pay the man go inside the tunnel.. and follow the map from there




before killing these dragons take a sip of the anti fire potion.


keep going back and forth to the dragons once you have ran out of potions etc.. go to bank..


Woot after 4000 Bank runs you have finally made 99 range Congratulations!



2.0 Having FUN with Range, also Making money.

Get 10000 diamond bolts (e) go to a Player Vs Player world with the est range armour you can buy , and best food go Absouloteley own NOOBS! with your 99 range that is basiclally it for 2.0 guys

Dude... metal drags 80->99 range? 4000+ bank runs? Man... that would take AGES seeing as one trip is like what, 60+ minutes (as far as i remember, haven't ranged them for a while though)... also I dont really think you have 99 range yourself... ;P

Nice guide yet, don't you think 80-99 range at dragons will take quite a long time..

 

Your guide was pretty mediocre, some suggestions for future editing:

1. Capitalize, use proper punctuation, and generally check up on your grammar.
2. Some more sophisticated language would be appreciated.
3. Pictures are always good, but it seems to me you use too many and not enough text.
4. You do not offer alternate methods, nor are your methods very fast or efficient.
5. As mentioned, I do not think you have 99 range.

Also, my 99 range guide is already in the verified section , and personally I do not think yours is as good as mine, no offense intended.

Overall I give this guide a 6.5//10, not a bad job. Keep it up mate.

 

not a bad guide 9/10 but do you seriously think 20-80 range at rock crabs are the best? And is 1k knifes enough?

 

you could metion god wars from 80-99 as an alternative method for making money and getting range up

3/10. i dont like it much since alot of the training is at rock crabs and you do not have alot of options. antchak's guide is way better.

 

May i suggest editing your pictures so they are small? they will load faster and be easier to view.

i Do not have 99 range and i never said i did.

 

The guide itself is pretty good, but you should really crop the pictures, it took me four minutes to load the page >_<

 

You should seperate the pictures in between because some of the text is hard to read .

 

60 levels off of rock crabs :|
that would take ages unless you have a cannon.
my opinion to update the guide make it like

20-40 range: rock crabs
40-70 range: yaks
70-80 range: Avineis at GWD
80-99 range: Iron - Mith Dragons


Thats just how I would put it though...

 

Decent Kinda not necessary and also Rock crabs are terrible crowded and un effecient check out one of my guides to improve your own just give me some credit if you do
