Logged in this morning to be notified my account is permanently banned with 12 blackmarks.

Lost 80M+, My maxed out account that I have been training on for years, and I come out of it with $45. He denied any responsibility, now I am left with fucking nothing. I have nothing against him as a person, and didn't imagine this could happen.

"All you need to do is give me the username / password. I will transfer the GP myself, and ALL GP USED WILL BE PAID FOR. THERE IS NO RISK OF YOU LOSING THE ITEMS."

I assumed that by giving him the name and password, he would keep his word and it would not be my responsibility. I would be fine with this if there was any warning of this potentially happening.Like I said I have nothing against him personally but I think I have a right to be a little pissed off. Be wary of high quantity gold selling.

I would like nothing more for this to be resolved. I apealed the ban, and my account is now locked. Any advice on getting my account unbanned would be very appreciated.

I am sorry for your loss, but I must note that I am not responsible for player bans. The account itself always has belonged to you, and the gold remaining on it has not been used. This is an account situation, not a gold situation.

Just to follow up, the main reason you were banned was because Jagex just today discovered the new transfer method (corrupt morrigan's javelins). They have banned everyone who used this method to transfer, and have fixed the method itself as well. For this reason, your case should not be repeated in the future through Bounty Hunter trades, which traditionally have been EXTREMELY safe ban-wise.
