    The Ultimate Agility Guide

Hello all, and welcome to The Ultimate Agility Guide. In this guide, I will teach you where to train, what course to train on, what quests to do, and more.

This is my fourth guide on Sythe, my first being "The Ultimate Zerker Pure Guide", my second is "The Ultimate Range Tank Guide", and my third is "The Ultimate Thieving Guide". They all have been verified, too.

    The Cape of Agility

The Agility Cape can be bought from Cap'n Izzy No-Beard, who is found by the entrance to the Brimhaven Agility Arena, for 99k only by those who have reached the maximum level of 99.

    Tips For 99 Agility

One of the most important tips for 99 Agility is to stick with the skill. Don't take that "Slayer Break" for an hour because then once you break, you won't be able to get back to Agility.

The second tip I have for you is, make sure what your doing is as much fun as possible. Join an Agility Guild and train with them. You never want to do something and get bored.

Another very important tip for 99 Agility is always weigh the LEAST amount possible. To do this, have penance gloves, boots of lightness, spottier cape, etc.

Also, always use Super Energy Potions and Agility Potions so you will be able to train as fast as possible.

Last but not least, good luck on 99 Agility!

    Useful Items for Agility

There is many very useful items for Agility including, Boots of lightness, Spottier cape, Penance gloves, Agility Potions, Energy Potions, Food (cakes), and other various items I will mention.

    Quests Giving Agility Xp

    Level 1: Kennith's Concerns (5,000 xp)
Level 1: Fremennik Trials (2,814 xp)
Level 1: Recruitment Drive (1,000 xp)
Level 25: The Grand Tree (7,900 xp)
Level 28: Troll Romance (8,000 xp)
Level 29: Legacy of Seergaze (2,000 xp)
Level 36: Land of the Goblins (3,000 xp)
Level 40: Royal Trouble (5,000 xp)
40+ Recommended: Icthalrins Little Helper,: (4,000 xp)
40+ Recommended: The Underground Pass (3,000 xp)
Level 42: Cabin Fever (7,000 xp)
Level 48: Saving Awowogei, in RFD (10,000 xp)
Level 50: Dealing with Scabaras (7,000 xp)
Level 55: Back to my Roots (15,000 xp)
    Level 56: Regicide (13,750)
Level 59: Grim Tales (6,000 xp)
60+ Recommended: Mourning's Ends Pt II (20,000 xp)

    Getting Started...

    Levels 1-25 Method 1

For levels 1-25, you can simply make your way to the Tree Gnome Stronghold and hop around that agility course. Bringing any weight decreasing items and food is not needed at this course seeing as you cannot fail (but you can use Super Energy Potions to keep your energy up). It's also a good idea to buy super energies to keep your energy up.

    Levels 1-37 Method 2

For levels 1-37, you can just do the above quests in order listed, using a Runescape Helpsite, from Kennith's Concerns to Royal Trouble.

    Levels 25 or 37 - 43 Method 1

For levels 25 or 37 (depending on which method you chose above) through 43, I suggest heading to the Skullball Course. It's in about the middle of the Mort Myre Swamp and is marked with an agility sign on the Runescape map. You will need to have done Priest in Peril and also Creature of Fenkenstrain because you'll need your Ring of Charos to access it. Skullball is fairly fast exp once you get the hang of it, so don't give up after doing this game once or twice. You can get around 15,000 xp per hour using the Skullball Course.

    Levels 43-49

Now, head over to the place where you will get your future cape, the Brimhaven Agility Arena. Here, follow the minigame and get 100 tickets, which will get you 49 Agility. If you have Karamja Gloves 2, you will get more xp per ticket.

Here is an example of an obstacle at the Brimhaven Agility Arena.

Here is a map of what all of the routes through the Arena are and where each pilar is, etc.

    Levels 49-63

The Wilderness course used to be the definitive best resource of xp at these levels, but now that Revenants have been placed into the game, it's very difficult to manage this course. Use this as an alternative to the Ape Atoll course if you cannot access it for some reason. Remember to bring a familiar like a spirit terrobird because you can use them here.

You can still rack in great amounts of xp, probably up to 40k per hour if you're a bit lucky with Revenants. Bring cakes, or other food to this course, a knife to get through spiderwebs, and if you're under 52 agility, bring an agility pot (drink it right before you enter to pass the first obstacle to get in) or a summer pie if you're below 49 agility.

Surviving revenants. Bring weight decreasing items (spottier cape, boots of lightness), and mage armor (D'hide, mind shield, Bear helm, which you get from Mountain Daughter). When revenants come, don't immediately switch worlds. They have two routes. One is when a group of revenants crawls along the east wall of the agility course, north to south. If you mind your own business, they won't attack. Sometimes they'll come inside the agility course. I'd recommend just switching if this occurs. You should only have to switch worlds 2-3 times per hour (35 seconds wasted each), so you don't lose much time switching worlds to avoid revenant!

    Levels 49-63 Method 2

The Ape Atoll course isn't nearly as good as the Wilderness Course at these levels. Only use this as a secondary if you keep getting caught by revenants.

    Levels 63-85 Method 1

This course has been proven that it's WORSE than the wilderness until level 63. At level 63 it becomes better than the Wilderness. At 75 agility, you will stop failing this course. It's extremely important that you use super energy potions at this course. It's also vital to have the Ape Atoll teleport accessible (gotten from doing Recipe For Disaster).

At level 63, you may fail a lot, and it will annoy you a lot, but you should be getting around 40k xp per hour, which is definitely the best method out there for these levels. Once you're lvl 75, using super energy pots, you can rack in over 50k xp per hour because you'll no longer fail this course! Once again, you must do Monkey Madness and have a ninja gree gree though to do this course.

    Levels 85-99 Method 1

At this level, Dorgesh-Kaan is actually the fastest Agility xp in the game, at over 58k per hour. This course can be, for some people, much more annoying than Ape Atoll. You won't be losing a lot if you choose Ape Atoll, but you do lose 10-20 hours. At Dorgesh-Kaan, you're always asked to get an item for the goblin. Sometimes you can forget, and to help you remember, either type the first letter of the item you need, or place an item in a certain row of you inventory (the top inventory space could represent the power box, etc.) Also, for Dorgesh-Kaan, you should bring a mining helmet and about 6 sharks.

    A Few Reminders...

There is just a few reminders, before you go about your intense Agility training :p. You can NOT bring Summoning Familiars into ANY Agility Course in the game. Also, you should ALWAYS have Super Energy Potions with you to save time.

Good luck and have fun training Agility!
