07RS3.gold Poor Trading Practices attempt

Reason:

Today I get a PM from two people, one being 07RS3.gold and the other being james0103 (the worker at Chicks gold). What 07RS3.gold failed to inform me is that I was actually going to be trading to chicks gold. His attempt wasn't successful but you can see in the images below that he's claiming as if he's the person in which I'm trading.

All images will be posted in a deleted post down below because I'm not going to reveal them to the public as there is sensitive information within them

 

I have attached the proof of 07RS3.gold's poor trading practice attempt in the deleted post above. Also, the whole reason the images were deleted is because there are RSN's of Chicks Gold involved which I would prefer not to reveal.

I've also attached the image of james confirming that the account in question is his.

Edit: In the image you can clearly see 07RS3.gold saying "200M me", can't be him if it's not his account.

 

I told you I was filling an order in the conversation provided.

might've said 'me' on accident when confirming in trade screen, but I clearly stated it was for an order.

 

Please provide proof where you stated that it was your customer.

There was no mention of customer anywhere within the conversation. I was under the impression that I was trading 200M to your account and then you were delivering the gold to your customer.

Nowhere did you state in the conversation that I was not trading you.

This is grounds for a poor trading practices attempt.

I have attached all my proof in the deleted posts. You clearly claimed that this account was you. That is not your account, the account belongs to james0103 (chicks gold worker) and therefore you're misleading potential clients of yours.

 

Also let it be known 07RS3.gold 'conveniently' left out the part where he said "200M me" in this report so I guess I'll post it:

There's no "might have" here, you did say it. Did you also 'conveniently' forget that you claimed that you were the one receiving the gold when you actually weren't????

That's not a typo. You acknowledged it was you I was trading, when it wasn't.

As I said previously, I was under the impression I was giving you the gold so that you could fill your order. Unfortunately for you, this was discovered that it was not your account. Saying that you need gold to fill an order and saying that I am trading a customer are two separate scenarios. In this scenario, nowhere was the word customer (or anything relating to me trading a customer) mentioned.

Please refer to the screenshot which says "200M me", clearly you don't understand the definition of "me". You're misleading potential customers of yours into believing that they're trading you when they're not and thus this falls under attempted poor trading practices.

@Gladiator can you please look into this as I'm not looking to play with semantics here. 07RS3.gold claimed he needed gold to fill an order and also claimed I was trading him (refer to the image above where he said "200M me"). Turns out it wasn't him and it was chicks gold instead. This should be a straightforward case of 07RS3.gold failing to inform his customers that they're not actually trading him.

 

Once again, I clearly state this is someone delivering on my behalf.

I might have replied '200M me' out of habit, but I clearly never stated that the RSN provided was mine, and that it was to fill an order (order from customers).

Since the trade didn't go though we'll use this opportunity to issue a warning. @07rs3.gold - Please be more clear when you are outsourcing a trade.
