    I am the Master Apprentice

    Need some help.

    Well i had dislocated my knee awhile ago and its still pretty messed up. Im going for surgery on Tuesday. And i just got back from my doctors for clearance. They said i had high blood pressure due to lack of exercise. But how do i exercise with a messed up knee?

    And when the surgery comes along im going to be not exercising for even longer.


    I need alternative methods to work out my heart.

    Need some help.

    When I fucked up my knee the doctor reccomend me to swim. I've got a pool so I was lucky. Swimming is good. It heals twice as normal.

    Need some help.

    Master if your Christian try the YMCA pool. Or jewish the JCC.

    They have warm heated indoor pools year round.

    Need some help.

    +1, was just thinking that.
    Also you try crunches. That doesn't work your heart as much as swimming but it does get you pumping. Plus you get a rock hard six pack =]. Swimming is a better idea though.

    Need some help.

    Swimming is the best way, during winter use indoor pools.
    Other than that just crutches are good for everybody to keep that belly in;p
