OisterMaister is a scammer

I bought an account from oistermaister, had the account for a couple of weeks, changed email, set authenticator. Then got an email of jagex that you requested password reset, which wasn't me, next time i tried to login on rspage to check which email in sends recovery details to , it has been changed to the original email that is owned by the seller, which is shown in images.
