no hessi - disappeared before completing order

Hi,

I've waited for what I believe is a considerable amount of time before posting this as I wanted to give @no hessi the benefit of the doubt; it really doesn't seem like he intentionally scammed. However, the fact remains that I paid for a service that he has not completed and, as far as I can tell, is not going to complete in the foreseeable future. He bonded the account and started working on 11/17/19 after stating it would take 5 days max to complete. His last message to me was on 11/20/19 and I have not seen him on Discord since. Not sure if he has been on Sythe since then as he does not display his activity. Wanted to at least give him until the bond he supplied ran out, which it did a few days ago. So here we are.

To recap: I paid @no hessi $50 to obtain Barrow's Gloves from a fresh lvl 3 account. He worked on the account until 120 quest points + stats and then disappeared after stating irl issues had arisen that may delay the order's completion.
