I think i been scammed by R 4 P 1 D Z

We came upon agreement of payment of 200.00 and I havent received payment and he changed the password and also after he said log in to check he looked through the bank for 5 min and logged out and got back on within a few seconds. I took some pics of the conversation and if more pics of the conversation is needed, let me know. He has vouches and good trades along with more bad trades but this is my first time in a trade on here and he seemed in a rush. Maybe he sent the payment to the wrong email address i dont know. If someone could varify this for me then I would be greatly appreciative. I am willing to settle this with R 4 P 1 D Z if he legitly was going to buy the account and I faulsely accused him.
