Report of OsrsServicesAndSales

I have done alot of business with this guy over last weeks. My latest order from him @OsrsServicesAndSales was 78-85 str in NMZ which he started and reached 80 str yesterday.
Today I tried to log in and my acc was banned temporaly. (Sorry for bad english if there is some).
The account has rly nice stats and its unique build, even @OsrsServicesAndSales asked me to lend my account to him so he could pk on it. Proof: Imgur


I have spent ALOT gp on this 31 pray dharoker. Bought 99 range to the account thru nmz with 31 pray absorption method which cost me ALOT. 94 mage from @OsrsServicesAndSales , B gloves from scratch + Lunars and latest was the NmZ order for str and then somehow I got banned.
Very suspicious is that he alched 67-94 mage stating 10h a day. I messaged him in discord M A N Y times while was logged in but he never answered. He usually answered after logging out. That ringed my bells a bit. But I still decided to trust him and bought new order which was the nmz.

I was going to sell the account but it looks like garbage in my eyes now cause it has blackmark. I can provide more screenshots if its needed.

I want a fair refund from @OsrsServicesAndSales because the selling price with a ban is alot lower than green empty ban meter.

He is not willing to refund me anything according to our discord conversations.

The price of the account would be near 400 to 500M. B gloves were around 155m. Range was around 80-90m. Mage was 50-60m. + then all the supplies for range and quests and mage and everything. Im willing to negotiate for a fair refund. Luckily I didnt buy nopray fire cape to it yet... would have been so pissed off. I have all the exact prices on discord chats if its needed

 

I will gladly provide screenshots showing my innocence for this report + screenshots of him trying to blackmail me for a refund so he “wouldn’t report” meanwhile I was telling him to report it the entire time. He has had other servicers on this account as well as himself on this account every single day while I was providing this service, there is absolutely no proof that he himself or another servicer aren’t the reason for this ban, it just seems that he would of course accuse the person who he has paid the most to so he can try to blackmail them for a refund.
If a mod could please reach out to me that would be fantastic and I will gladly provide screenies either via discord or here via Sythe pm.

The only reason I didnt want to make the report was that I once trusted u and let u use my acc for pking and such as u can see from chats. Im just very pissed off and I wanted to sort this out only between me and you but it wasnt possible because u arent willing to refund me.

There is only 1 other service provider. @kataal877 . And its like 3 weeks-1 month ago when he trained my acc. After that @OsrsServicesAndSales has gotted me 94 mage (in 8-9 days) + some days after that I ordered nmz order from him. The ban cant be from anyone else than @OsrsServicesAndSales . It cannot be delayed ban from 1 month ago. Like lmao... dude

+ this could only be my thought but seems suspicious u alched 67-94 mage in G.E. Looks like world 302. Most crowded world many people use middle of g.e to hide auto click alching. + why u never replied to my questions while u were logged in to the acc. Suspicious... I even sent u few messages in a row trying to get ur attention.

 

Well I can provide screenies showing xp/hour rates, all chat logs of him trying to tell me if I just pay him for 100% of his account value (275m) he won’t report it etc, seems pretty suspicious to me I really feel this is a ban he had gotten himself and he’s just looking to make a profit off of it. Not to mention I never used the account to pk, I just mentioned how I would like to try it out, he said I could and I told him I wouldn’t be doing it that day, maybe another day. Anyways I’m not gonna sit here and bicker with a fool. I’ll wait until a mod replies with their opinion/suggestions.

I can’t alch at the ge? LOL why would I buy alchs, tele to a different location and then tele back to buy more alchs? You’re grasping at straws here, the desperation to make some money off of me is unbelievable. I was strictly alching on the account, I had no reason to leave the grand exchange. Also I’m not always on discord while training, in case you hadn’t noticed I wasn’t even online on discord while you were messaging me lol..

 

As I said in discord. I said that u have been a nice guy and I trusted u. I didnt want to take this to sythe right away as I wanted to give u other options. I dont like this shit. I dont like that my unique build is ruined in my eyes now, and I lost alot gp and hours I have spent on the acc. I only wanted a fair price from you and this whole thing would have been dealt between me and you. Now its up to moderators to decide whats up

Which is exactly what I asked for the entire time, create the report so I can prove my innocence there, yet you just kept trying to blackmail me into giving you money so you wouldn’t report it? LOL I specifically asked you to make the report and stop messaging me and you just kept trying to thirst for some money.

Yeah. Blaablaa dude srsly. I gave u options. Option was u give me a refund between me and you. You said that u are not going to give me shit. Not a one gp. Thats why I finally created a report.

BTW; one fellow donator pmed this. Didnt even know this; he could have gotten screenshots from a botting platform that mirrors RuneLite just so you know.

This report is actually hilarious I can’t wait to provide my screenshots to a mod and see the verdict, I am excited for this which is why I asked you repeatedly ALL DAY to report it instead of trying to force a refund on me, then you proceeded to try and be nice saying “oh I’m not even blaming you man” you seem really suspicious that this ban is actually due to something YOU did and you’re trying to get something out of it. You look like a fool.

 

I can show mods I got a pm like that from a big donator too. Im not pulling these words my hat like a magician. Lol

 

So then what you’re trying to claim is NO screenshots at all EVER prove anything? That’s what you’re claiming right now.. and whoever told you that is obviously not a very trustworthy person themselves if they even know that.. I’ve never heard of that in my life so whoever told you that is obviously someone who shouldn’t be trusted at all if they know how to do that/that it’s a thing

Can a mod please look into this so I know who to send screenies and info too, I just want to prove my innocence and have this cleared up so it can be over with.

This guy is a ban evader also, so no wonder he’s trying to falsely accuse me of this and tried blackmailing me to give him a bunch of gp to not make this report.

+ one another thing I want to mention. When I first bought the g bloves from scratch from him. I asked him to keep pray as low as possible (means 15) with b gloves as everybody knows. He then got my prayer up to 27-29 and this was his reponse + picture of me asking to keep pray as low as possible: Imgur

So already there he violated what I ordered

after he got my prayer high and convinced me that its better that way I didnt want to be rude and make a report of it but now I want to mention it... cause it wasnt what I ordered
