Unverified Pyapal account question

Are you able to receive money and use it to purchase items on online sites that accept Paypal with an Unverified account (An account that is not linked up with a bank or debit/credit card)?

Ive looked it up up and asked about it, but I keep getting mixed up answers.

I personally, can send and receive money using my unverified Paypal account. Provided the seller doesn't mind you using a unverified account you are free to send money that you do in fact have.

 

you can recive money that is it.

but if you have a canadian unverified paypal account.
you can send money also. up to 3,700 CAD.

but you cant send money with a U.S unverified paypal. etc..

you have a limit you can use before you have to verify

But your limit of sending will be 0.00 unless you add credit card or your bank account

 

yeah you can't send money only recieve it

 

You can send money. But only a small amount.
