What happens if I don't pay my negative balance in PayPal?

Please someone help me. Someone sent me money with many hacked paypal accounts and now I have negative balance of $2,500 with my credit card added in it. What is going to happen? Some people tell me that they can't touch your bank but some say that they can. I don't know what to do and I can't pay for the whole thing because it's my dad's credit card. I'm trying to do it on a down low and if anyone can help I will FUCKING appreciate it.

eventually im sure paypal can take u to court, i heard cases like that.

 

None of what I'm saying is based on facts, just my personal opinion.

They no doubt will take you to court if the balance is not paid off. You could contact them and explain the situation, and if they don't get rid of the balance you could work out a payment plan with them. If you choose not to pay and just see what happens. I'm pretty sure it would be a while before they took you to court, they probably have a thousand cases like this a month that they would have to look through, investigate, etc. But I really do advise you to call them.

 

yupp what he said its pretty much what would happen, give them a call.. should make things a lil better as far your paypal acc.

how exactly did it get like that? you said someone send u money with many paypal hack accs? and what they took the money and now ur balance -2k?

 

Did the person hack you claim and cancel? Or do anything to dispute? If not better start.
