Am i safe i got a name change and i havnt used V3 on this account.

 

I Think That jagex Proberly are watching this thread RID, quite a few of the
people who got banned [ including me, have put info about when they've been botting, Or had there runescape statistics on there sig / linked to it ]
it could just be a massive co'incidence.. But Kinda unlikely.

I agree in it being likely, In the fact that their has been no report of anyone banned, that hasn't been explained by getting banned on a previous version of rid, or by posting their statistics. I would just refrain from posting names/statistics and everyone is probably fine. However the ones who are crying about getting banned knew the risk from the start, I see no point in the crying and complaining about refunds and such... Thats rediculous.

 

I Agree, Bots are Against Runescapes rules, so being banned from them is your own fault, for all we know V4 maybe undetectable, no1 whos only used V4 and nothing else has been banned from it, But we shall see.

 

However I am still having the problem with it logging out and not relogging in, Has anyone found the reason this is happening or am I the only one now having the problem? I'm on windows vista, and of course the theme is set to classic.

And its not that bad, so far ive got 10k and im a level 12 pure with 30 fish and 28 cooking. Ill have the same stats as my old pure in no time. /sarcasm

You wont get a refund, only unlimited use I believe. But I may be wrong. Why should he give you a refund anyway? You took a risk of botting, it is assumed risk. Just like when you go skiing and you try to sue when you fall down and break a leg.

 

First of all this is why. If he didn't, I could contact the police. Why? He never stated anything about warranty and doesn't have a terms of policy, containing of which. Since he didn't, I can ask for a refund for 100 years, he would have to give it to me.

So mind your own buisness.

 

You're dealing with online goods. That's up to a jury's discretion whether or not it's 'legal' in terms of getting banned...there is no guarantee saying you will NOT be banned.

Oh really? Contact the police? You are located in the USA I believe? Therefore you have no Jurisdiction over someone in Britain. Someone else tried to get a refund by claiming with Paypal. Paypal ruled in RID's favor.

Quoted from RID's website. Never did he say that he would give refunds for anyone if they happened to be banned. I asked him about what I could do after I got perm banned, and he offered unlimited use, shall I ever want it. So coming in here and saying you will contact the police, demand a refund and recieve that refund is outrageous. RID owes us nothing after we pay him and he gives us use of the bot. But yet he continually provides updates with our feedback for FREE, warns us, and suggests what we could do to make it safer to bot.

I strongly feel that you deserve no cash refund, the only thing, if any is unlimited use of the bot. And if you call the police, lol, what will you tell them?

chill out guys, so what if hes upset let him cool off. whatever happens happens, and in the end, you did pay x amount of money, and you got banned. jagex rules specifically state that, and rids faq specifically states it.

And I am sure you're just bluffing because it is really not even worth hiring a lawyer for a day because for that same price you could get the same leveled account you probably had.
