how to safely buy a account? HELP

Hey guys, im purchasing a account today off someone that lives 2miles away and seen his add on craigslist, so i dont know him. My question is, what can i do to make sure he dont just take my money and recover? this is what he says.

Original owner,green zone, no bank pin,knows current recoveries and old passwords etc. After i get all that information what in my powers can i do so he cant recover it? i was thinking taking a picture of his ID, and making him sign a certain contract?(if you have one for this situation plz send me so i can print) and then changing all the recovs and current password and adding membership. Can he still take it back? if so how. Thanks!

 

I do not suggest buying an account that has recoveries.
Taking a picture of his ID or signing a "contract" are not only useless but dumb. Heres a way to solve the problem. But an account off sythe, one with no recoveries, one from a trusted member, and use a OMM.

 

okay but ur not understanding he can take the recoveries off before i hand him the money, im just saying after i got his address where he lives if he dares fucks me over i can beat his ass, but when i put my own recovery questions and own password and new membership, can he still recover? like whats stopping me from it being 100% mine

 

Or if you have his address you can call the cops, nothing will probably happen to him, but he might be questioned and interrogated for at least a week. That'd sure make him shit his pants.

No one will give you their address rofl.

 

He says he lives 2 miles away so he probably knows his address.

To prevent him from recovering back make sure all the info is right.

 

All accounts can be recovered, no matter what.
