Vouches are not to be used as currency.

This means posting on your thread "giving vouch out if you train my account", or anything similar to that matter. This will break down on scammers getting unneeded "trust" for no reason.

Vouches should only be given out if the person has done a good service to you. Someone doing the training should not ask for a vouch, but wait for it to be given if it is deserved.

no it simply means dont ask someone fer a vouche to train there account, if they feel that your service was good and that they can trust you with expensive items, money, etc. then they can give you a vouche.

I agree, I don't really care about vouches for that matter. Vouches are just words of "gratitude" from a buyer/seller to the other if their transaction had gone well and good as they planned too. Even more so, vouches aren't even trust levels. It's how much you deem a person trustworthy based on their actions and personality.

You can't ASK for vouch or GIVE vouch for training, basically if you feel that a person is trusted you can vouch, so if you have like 10 M on the account he trained the account for you without touching anything a vouch should be fine.
MMing for vouches is allow because you are exchanging ACCOUNTS, etc with value.

-YOU CAN SAY "I"LL VOUCH ANYONE FOR W/E"
