I'll put these things here first because it'll probably throw a lot of people off.
-This account does have recoveries set. If you want to assume I'm a decent human being, you can send the money and get the account almost instantly and then proceed to change recoveries. Or you could get a middleman to set new recoveries, wait a week, and then do the transaction for a slightly higher price.
-I have no vouches that would be valuable for this type of trade.

I'm selling this account because I quit Runescape in late 2005/early 06. About 1 month ago I came back for a week and quit again. Prices:

Price: 24USD Via Paypal(no credit card). You get the account as soon as I receive the payment. However this method is essentially gambling, as I have no way to prove myself and recoveries are set. You go first, trusted only.
(Claim/cancel even though I'm pretty sure it doesn't work anymore)

Price: 30USD + Fee of trusted MM: With this method we use a MM, you tell him/her what you want the recoveries set to(you do not get the account name), after 1 week I get the money, you get the account. Anyone who isn't a suspected scammer.

So what your saying is we wont get the name password until you have removed the money from The Paypal account?

 

With the second method you won't get the name until the time you get all the other information. Otherwise after the MM sets the recoveries to what you wish, you may be able to cause some shenanigans in the account manager.
