The Manager told me on Discord that they're payments are instant. I've requested for them to send me my BTC and then they said it's going to take 3 hours

Not only this, now they owe me more ($450.90). They acknowledged this here:



Instead of just acknowledging to send me my $450.90 (USD Value), they're now trying to force me to agree on a BTC amount:



This is ridiculous. You can't just change it from USD to BTC value whenever you feel like it. I can also attach in a deleted post where they've said that payment is instant however I started selling to them just over 4 hours ago, and I've been waiting for my payment for over an hour. This isn't acceptable for a gold seller whose been here for 10+ years and has over 2k+ Sythe vouches claiming they offer "instant" payments.

Also proof in a deleted post their payments are not instant as they claim, requesting @Pendulum or @Gladiator to handle this report please.

 

Seems like they want me to delete my report but that's not going to happen

 

Yo can someone actually do something about this already, It's been about 8+ hours already since I gave them the gold and my BTC is nowhere to be seen. @Gladiator @Gen @Pendulum

For anyone else dealing with this company, make sure they send you the BTC first before delivering the gold as it truly seems they're unreliable when it comes to them sending over the BTC.

They're more than happy to take your gold but then when you tell them to send the BTC they try to stall for as long as possible.

Also, it's not the first time that they've done this...

 

@RPGStash.com - Can you explain why this has not been sent?

 

Update: After ~8-10+ hours of waiting, the manager came on and sent my BTC.

 

Whole story: The worker on shift was busy at that time and they had multiple trades from 2AM to 5AM. Worker thought the seller agreed to wait as he said yes and continued to trade.

Whole trade was finished at around 5:10AM. Management started questioning about his payment at 6:15AM, so the worker went to buy the BTC and pay him, but the seller wanted to receive an exact USD value instead of a BTC amount. During conversation, BTC price fluctuates a bit. And teller requested manager to get on discord within 5 mins and reported. Screenshots:

If requested, we send asap. As in this case, we wanted to pay when seller started to question. But couldn't, as a BTC amount couldn't be agreed. It wasn't handled professionally, worker could of sending whatever seller has using the website he's using as it's only $0.2 difference. I'm sorry @Management for the miscommunication.

 

Hey, I told your manager this and i'll tell you as well. I posted this report 3 HOURS AFTER you told me that the payment would be sent in 3 hours. Your payment actually took over 3 hours to get sent. More like 8-10+ hours.

Also, please note your worker was the one who said "sorry I got to check with the manager", I requested that the manager come on in 5 minutes because I was not going to waste time arguing with whoever was trying to avoid paying me. Please also refer to this screenshot. Bear in mind, I was talking with Pendulum prior to filing my report and your worker did NOT have ANY explanation as to why it was going to take 3 hours to send the payment:



As you can see NO REASON PROVIDED AS TO WHY IT WAS TAKING SO LONG TO SEND PAYMENT!

We agreed on a USD amount at $0.45/m. Then your worker tried to make me agree on a BTC amount. We could not come to a conclusion so I just told them to send me $450.90. Long story short, it took several hours for me to receive my Bitcoin. This truly isn't acceptable. A worker represents your company.

If you wanted to agree to a BTC amount you could have stated this prior to the trade. Your worker could have also told me that I would not receive instant payment prior to me handing over the gold. This is just poor customer service in general.

 

Yes Management the worker should have explained to you at least. I was just saying payment could be done faster if there's proper communication. For this I'm really sorry. After talking with my partners there are three measures taken on our side:
1. The involved worker will be replaced by a more experienced employee from December.
2. Instead of buying BTC from exchange platform and withdraw to seller address which is quite a hassle, we will get BTC sent from wallet directly starting today. This will shorten the time of payment greatly. Imgur
3. I regret that we have failed to pay you instantly as promised @Management, if we are trading again we will go first to you (if amount is not huge).

 

I've lifted the DNT on @RPGStash.com for now, this is being discussed.

 

A TWC will be placed on @RPGStash.com for poor trading practices - you should not be accepting gold from users if you aren't able to pay them in a timely manner.

If you would like your workers to provide BTC as a payment option, they will need to fully warn the customer that they will need to wait for the owner/manager to come online for payment.
