I can code... We just need a host and a domain, I cannot pay. I am up for whatever.

So pretty much you're asking for someone to buy you a site and let you do the rest and get all of the credit while the other person pays all of the bills? Don't think so.

Well I use to be into the whole web security/web intrusion scene. So my team used to test for penetration. When we would find an exploit, we would have to code it. So I had to learn PHP and Perl. I've coded websites, I once started on my own CMS, but gave up due to lack of support. I'm not looking to code whole sites, but like. If needed use premade software, and mod it to hell.
