I've been experiencing some abnormal behaviors lately some of which are :

    1) Computer running a bit too slow lately, including the internet.

2)Most of the time GOOGLE doesn't load, all other search engines load, all other websites load, only Google doesn't load.

I get this error while I try to load it on Mozilla Firefox
    [IMG]

And this error when I try to load it on Internet Explorer
    [IMG]

Another thing that I've noticed is that I have 7 svchost.exe running and 1 of which uses 50,000ish memory usage and other 3 use around 10,000. The rest are around 5000.

I know that it is an important system process that is needed to run my PC but I think something is going on here, I have also heard that they could be a virus. :[

I have heard that it might me some kind of trojan not allowing me to load google, I followed the instruction on this website : http://bbayles.googlepages.com/antivundo.html but it hasn't helped and I have found no such trojan by following the website's instructions to spot it.

I scanned my computer with my Anti-Virus (Kaspersky Internet Security 2009) but it hasn't found anything, I have CCleaner too and in the start up list, I haven't found anything unusual or not needed.

Anyways, if you could tell me how to solve this problem (Why Google isn't loading) or to help me find out if there's anything wrong with my PC or svchost. I would greatly appreciate it.

Open your command line and type ping www.google.com. If you get replies then Google can hear you :p

Viewpointservice.exe might have something to do with your problem, it's a web browser plugin, not malware though.

    Google hears me ^_^ .

I Yahood Viewpointservice.exe and I found a way to remove it from my PC completely and stop it from running. After I did that, I rebooted my PC and Google now works :D. Thanks a lot, I owe you one ;).

Oh and the number of svchost got reduced to 6 and all of them use waaaaaaay less memory now.
