need help with str xp

well im lvl 68 str im lvl 61 60 attk 1 def 31 pray and i wanna get str lvls the fastest way its between pc or waterbirth crabs any advice on some where else or something and ho wlong would it take from 68 str 80 str?

Holy shit have you ever heard of punctuation? anyway.... with your defense lv you could do pc, rock crabs, experiments, maybe bandits with pray pots? I'm not 100% sure I haven't trained with low def in a very long time. Maybe you could check yaks out as well. Your best exp per hour might be Pc still.

 

i wouldn't do pc just yet... train on experiments or yaks for awhile and then try your luck after like 80 str or so

 

Experiments are the best for your stats

 

I'd train at rock crabs till 70, then a day or two at pc would get you to 75.

3-4 days, 80.

 

I would learn proper english before I played RS :s

 

hahah thats bad english but for now stick with regular training, use pc at 70+ str
