What is the best way to transfer if i cant transfer with bh?

I need to transfer from lvl 87 to lvl 113..

PLEASE HELP

Use BH, but:

Give the 10m (or 5m or whatever you'll transfer in one time) to a trusted friend lvl 95-100(he can go in the medium and high crater), then tell him to die to your higher lvl in the high crater.

This may be the easiest way, if you've got a level 95-100 friend.
Party room would take too long, and would be too risky.

 

Well, their are some other ways. Not just Bounty Hunter. But you have to be willing to loose two million out of your ten for it to work. Talk to me privately if your interested.

Edit: Ganza, you don't think it is risky for two BH trades one being a level 100 in a room with tons of 120+?

+ the bh way isn't hard, just do it ftp + his guy is one of the bunch of high levels.

 

bh shouldnt be hard considring u have a lvl 95-100 friend. your main is high enough to survive no problem

Well its slow but you can always fletch maple longs (u). That said, there is no way. I see a lot of these threads asking for a RWT method that gives 100% cash return and is 100% safe. THERE IS NO METHOD. If you want to keep all of your cash and transfer quickly, Bounty Hunter is the only option. Seriously, if there was another 100% safe, 100% cash return don't you think everyone would know by know? The only reason JaGeX hasn't killed off Bounty Hunter is because if you try to RWT there is risk.

I would say Bounty Hunter or Party Room, one is faster but more risky, the other is slower but more safe.
