    HMONGPRINCE Newcomer

    I got PayPal scammed
    Mynamesjosh#5973 is his name. The scammer and also one of the sythe seller.

    I was going to buy a few rs3 gold from him. So I asked him if PayPal is okay? He said yes its okay. So we moved on to PayPal. As I paid him he said he didnt received it.
    But on my end it said complete. Not pending as he said it was. He then goes on saying that its going to an ongoing investigation. I dont know what was going on. So I asked for a refund. He said he cant find the refund button anywhere.

    Then I said I'll wait for tomorrow if it has gone through. It went through. And he asked me if I wanted a refund I said no just send me the gold he said wait he has to sell his black Santa hat first. I kept asking him has he sold it yet then found out that I got blocked. Once again his name is
