Riddle thread! Post riddles inside.

I AM GETTING THIS MOVED BACK INTO GENERAL DISCUSSION, OR SFA. DONT SPAM THIS PLEASE.

Hello, I am Benwise90, and I love doing riddles. I decided to make a riddle thread, and this is basically it.

Rules.

1. No SPAM.

2. No innapropriate riddles, Riddles are for everyone, not just older people.

3. Dont google answers, thats noob.

4. In order to post your own riddle, you must first solve the riddle.


FIRST RIDDLE : A woman shoots her husband, holds him underwater for 5 minutes, and than hangs him. An hour later, her and her husband go to dinner, and he is fine. How so?

Shoots probably is an analogy for shooting with a camera, second one, maybe they went swimming together, third, she hangs...up a picture of him? Dunno.

 

Shoot is for photo, then she holds the picture of him underwater to develop it. Then hangs the picture for it to dry.

I'll try to post some riddles when I remember some good ones.

I don't get the riddle at all. I really want to see the answer now, because somehow this seems like an incomplete thought...did not...?

Post your riddle christmas..

 

You throw away the outside. And eat the inside. You eat the outside and throw away the inside. What is it?

 

A potato..?

A lollypop?

Corn?

My only ideas. Im stumped..

 

Yeah packaged Corn on the cob

 

Only problem with corn is that you don't literally eat what was inside the leaves, you cook it - that could be changed to make it more clear. I have a nice and easy riddle;

What are the next 3 letters in this sequence of letters:

My riddle is:
I go forever forward, never looking back. My limit no one knows. More of me you lack. I can crawl, stand still, or fly, but am never gotten back. What am I?

 

Pi? Fits the first 3, but I dont know.

 

Why are riddles meant to be so difficult.

I can't figure any of these out. The rules are to not use google, correct?

There's a grandmother, the daughter of the grandmother, and the daugher of the mother.
So, 3 people.
