Legal Contract Gibberish?

This is a legally binding contract under United States Code: 18 USC 1001- FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS


During registration, It asks you to fill out your Full name and answer a question ( Which I did correctly ). But this United States Code is NOT valid for sythe.org.

You are going to argue and say "Oh blah blah blah yes it is" But sythe has already broken the law several times, Selling runescape/WoW/XBL accounts are all illegal things as they break the TOS of the companies they belong too.

Just thought I'd start discussion for my first post PP

 

Breaking a websites ToS is not against the law.

 

My mistake, I assumed it was against the law because any company can sue someone for breaking the TOS such as this.

 

Lol, it is nothing more than to scare scammers. It would not hold up in court at all.

Lol, I doubt runescape would take a RWT to court.
I mean, if they were to sue anyone, why sue an individual player who has bought 3m from a site, then to sue the site itself, and take multi billions in RWT currency off the market?

 

Isn't a website the same as freedom of information/speech?

 

Depends on where you live.

 

Because you can't sue someone for breaking the ToS... especially if they are under age as their ToS is not a legally binding contract.
