    Day 10: 210.6 lbs eating some junk on top of my normal stuff so I haven’t really lost any weight but my strength is up and I’m getting a little definition back

    Day 11: 212.6 no net weight loss yet lol, but ive worked out all but 1/2 days so far and definitely seeing progress outside of weight loss

    Killin it bro. Remember water weight is pretty volatile unless you’re doing keto so one day you may be slightly heavier but have lost weight.

    personally cutting from 195 to 185 rn to try to see my abs. It sucks lol

    Cheat meals arent an issue. Cheat days are however. Also you shouldnt have the attitude of "I'm sticking to this so dont give me advice" if you dont train your volume with intensity correctly you will miss out on loads of gains. However that's something you will start to learn over time.
    Congrats on the progress and goodluck on your gains!!
