@Island - See you here and there. Potentially due to conflicting timezones. Irrespective of activity however, I haven't seen you contribute much in the larger sense of things. Would like to see you make a more active effort, both in terms of moderating, and community involvement.

What bothers me the most, is that, most of the sectionals seem completely disconnected from the community, and rarely attempt to promote activity around the forum. This is something that should always be at the helm of one's priorities and focus, especially as a staff member.

Doing the basic mod duties is all well and good, but there needs to be a proactive effort at being active within the community - whether that's simply by posting in different sub-sections, or some other alternative method...make some effort at least.

I don't want to be too critical, as a lot of what I say may be redundant, due to our conflicting timezones.

Evidently it's because we were SS tier, as our usernames suggest.

But for real, likely due to the frequency of suggestions being submitted now, than before. In saying that though, potentially staff could implement some sort of 'suggestion blitz' period, if there already isnt one in place (prob is).

 

Now that Pendy is gone you guys should pick up disputes/pardons/suggestions. Lots of them can be handled.

 

11 months since a gambling semi scam(stated what ill be doing and done it), stopped dealing with all my customers on discord for the sake of being banned on sythe(easily scammed my daily customers but didnt), still declines a pardon.

in every post I have "bmba scamming pardon", I said semi scammed because I said ill be repaying everyone and proceeded to repay 70% of it in 3 days, though they still find it justice to keep me banned after 11 months, anyways I wont be pardoning anymore either ways.
