Firstly let me apologise for not requesting a pardon any time before and continuously ban evading, I've been using sythe as a safe platform for as long as I can remember and have been oblivious to this section or the ability to pardon due to being naïve about the topic.

I'm sorry if this turns into a ramble but I'll try to include as much detail as possible regarding what I have done and why I didn't just request any pardon in the first place.

I was banned for hijacking two accounts:
Fearmablade & Wiseoldman

to explain why this happened and how it spiralled into bans and serial evading I'll start with the hijacking, I used to run a service on multiple forums hijacking rsps accounts and selling them, this happened many years ago, starting from around 2016 and intermittently between the time I was actively playing runescape and not, until ~ mid 2018, I ended up originally hijacking accounts as a service and selling services that sold runescape accounts on the vouched accounts I used, I understand how serious of an offence this is on sythe, fearmablade was originally hijacked to give to a 'customer' that wanted tto use it to buy and sell gold. and wiseoldman was just used to buy and sell things on sythe, no scams took place while I was in personal use of the accounts, wiseoldman was banned pretty quickly after having my discord ID checked against the fearmablade report.

In the time I made new ban evading accounts, I started playing deadman quite extensively, and started a deadman clan with another user of the forums, Kanker Klein scammer

I ran the discord with good intentions, until I ended up too deep in scam reports and issues as kankerklein had stolen money from my personal paypal (similar login to my RS account, of which he alslo took 400m from). Klein disappeared from the face of the earth and it had many people believing I was klein due to the similarity in names etc, as far as i'm aware from recent reports is that klein also ban evaded and scammed other memebers of the community. I can not make it clear enough that I am not this person, and I did not work with them as part of a lucrative scam, even at the time of his ban I was kind about the situation and tried to resolve it, even as far as refunding some of the DLS members that had been scammed (to the sum of around $300 or more) at the time. I still have members and friends in the discord, without klein, and it runs itself, albeit quite often dead but should at least be proof somewhat that as soon as kanker was gone and I had resolved the situation to the best of my ability, I was not painted as a scammer in my own discord.

I've since been ban evading for a good year or more for originally hijacking the account(s) that I did, And I have NOT scammed anyone since, my only reports have been due to people finding my unique discord id matches and reporting me, which I am totally fine with.

if I intended at any point to ban evade for ill intention I would do it and not purposefully use the same discord, I've just been hoping to be contacted regarding the topic to explain myself, even messaging some sythe members and explaining myself to the best of my ability to continue the off-site relationships I have in terms of buying, selling and trading runescape related products,

I have likely missed information regarding this so if anyone would like me to explain anything I am more than willing to do so.

I'm an adult now, I know a year isn't a long time but I truly had no ill intentions on scamming anybody personally, and have tried to resolve situations I had caused or been a part of regardless of believing I will just have to ban evade for the rest of my black market career, I only repeat offend as sythe is the safest platform to do such things, due to the intensive monitoring, amazing middlemen and active community.

I'm sorry for the issues I have caused and it would really be amazing if I can be pardoned and allowed to join the community as a legitimate member after what feels like a lifetime of being someone that is frowned upon in the community.

Thankyou for your time in terms of reading this pardon thread, and I hope whomever reads this can understand I'm as honest as I can be and do not intend to cause any threat or harm to users of the site anymore.
