Prestige Worldwide scammed me

Explanation of the trade: I bought a RS3 account from him and we went half and half. The email was changed over to me and passwords was changed. He gave me his word that if it was recovered he would get it back for me.
Amount scammed:$80
How they scammed:Account was recovered by him but has not returned ownership to me.

Discord ID + Unique Discord ID: Ace of spades#6421 but he has changed it as of today to GeeGee#6421. Unique id is 628276551036960768

He changed his discord name back to Ace of spades#6421 but he has blocked me as of now.

I can do that when i get home, but i can already tell you he wont assist with recovery because he already recovered it and probably trying to sell it off to someone else. I dont care about getting account back, but he should be DNT at least if not banned because he has probably done this kind of stuff a lot.

1.) Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!
2.) ALWAYS request a sythe PM, make sure the PM includes both your Discord Name and UIDs as shown here: Discord PM Template. Example of a correct PM: https://i.imgur.com/aRITtNd.png
3.) Familiarise yourself with who you can trust: Trading 101 - Vouches, donor status and how you can stay safe!
4.) Learn how to stay safe from Discord scams: How to Identify & Avoid Being Scammed on Discord [Guide]
5.) If you're still unsure how trustworthy someone is, use a middleman from here: MiddleMan Forums
Although a middleman can't help if the account is recovered as explained in 1.)
