[F2P] How to make money merchanting, i made 3.5m+ !

Yeah thats right i made a whole tun of bux merchanting as a f2p user.

I started off with around 1million rsgp. I merchented to just under 5m, I realy wish i could show you a picture but i was trying to merchant up to 10million before i posted on sythe. Sadly rsbot420 took all of my money and i practically gave up on that account.

Allthough if u want to know how i did it... keep reading.

OK now heres the guide:
Get all of your money, check on haw many addy sets you can buy for LOWEST price.
Remember haw many and buy the following for LOWEST PRICE:

Example I can buy 100 addy sets lowest price,
Buy 100 addy full helms
Buy 100 addy plates
Buy 100 addy legs
Buy 100 addy kites

In take our 7 of each (from bank) and click “sets” with grand extange. Extange for sets, do untuil you run out then sell all of the sets for MEDIUM price.​

You can do the same with rune but the chances are that you wont be able to buy as many as fast, And adamant sold verry fast when i was selling 250+ sets at a time. Thanks for reading and i hope i helped some of you out!.

It's a good guide, but consider adding pictures/some formatting to make it more readable.
But yeah, what you're saying about changing sets is good advice.

 

Could you help grab a picture or 2 for me? theres not much i can do because i am dead broke atm. mabey in a week i could but evan then thats a bit long

this is really old and several people have posted this before (one even sold it and I made a lot of money on this). Doesn't really work well any more...

This will never work anymore due to the PvP update, adamant prices are crashing because Adamant Armor is a common drop for 1-itemers. Good idea at one time though, you only failed to realize that if you can by sets for minimum, other people can too which means they won't buy for market.

 

Ya but people buy sets for median or high.

 

how much will you make on average?

 

I think someonje said it was 697 gp per set.

 

It was pretty easy, you could also use a mouse macro to make the sets.

sounds like you got the right idea so nice job with that but i think i might try other sets like mith, or maybe green d hide f2p? just throwing it out there

 

Don't use addy anymore then, just use rune.

 

If your P2P do dragon; I a few mil profit for every set I buy. Rune is ok; in demand for PvP so hard to get though.

It worked very slow before.. now since you made this guide, it doesnt work at all ...

 

Eventually it will work better when theres less demand for pvp armour, though most pkers that kill somone with full addy dont make it a set before they sell it.
