Stakegp.com scamming for 150m 07 or $84

I bought 150m 07 from stakegp.com. I have done multiple orders from them perfectly and nothing has happened to me. Today I bought 150m and I was asked to wait for a little bit due to an issue I said yes because I know some things can happen. I wait like 10 minutes I pm back asking for an eta because I never got a reply back and I was told by "Robert" that "Igor" the person I originally talked to in the live chat would be back in 15 minutes. I said thats fine I will wait. After 15 minutes I decided I wanted a refund and asked for that, still no reply. Its been almost an hour now since I was told 15 minutes and still not a reply.

Thank You for the response and I appreciate you clearing this up. Unfortunately because of this it has brought up another question of how you let such unprofessional people be apart of your staff team. Instead of letting me know what happened your staff decided to ghost me for hours. A simple message could have cleared everything up but they regressed and acted poorly when representing you.
