    Person A waits untill the max price raises
    PErson A sells 100K dust runes

    Person B tries to buy 100k dusts at max
    He gets the 100k Dust runes
    He sells them at max

    Person C randomly needs dusts runes to teleport
    Person C buys dust runes cuz hes a noob
