Vemess Scammer

Just wanted to quickly say that:

1) I am missing some information
2) This most likely isn't an open and shut case because it is slightly subjective. I think the seller is egregiously negligent and a little bit predatory though.

Explanation of the trade: The original order was 40 euros for 50 LP in league's TFT mode. He then went on to claim that this was 40 euros for just one game ATTEMPT at 50 LP. He attributes this to miscommunication. This was not what I was expecting to order and, as a side note, is ridiculously expensive as that equates to upwards of 100 euros an hour, regardless of outcome. I offered for him to bring it back to the original standing and refund me and he refused. As it was the season end, I was fairly desperate and he offered for a high challenger player to attempt Challenger cutoff (keep in mind this is about 60 LP from my original starting point) for a total of 140, or 100 additional euros. Again though, I was refused refund or reparations for the original 40 euro order. This ended with the "high challenger" player averaging 6th out of 8 games in nearly 10 games for a net loss of 124 points and nearly 200 points away from the designated goal.

How they scammed: They refused to refund me or to repair the damage to my account and swindled me for an additional 100 euros.

I also just want to note that I wasn't very smart with my dealings and most likely should have just taken the 40 euro loss but I just really wanted those challenger rewards :/

@Direchampion can you post more screenshots of the conversation? From the screenshots you posted, it's clear you asked for +50 LP and he agreed to it. So he'll owe you at least 40 euros. I'm trying to see if he owes you more based on how you guys worded the next agreement.

I emphasized that I would be understanding if there was a fair attempt but the player honestly looked like he was well below challenger level. Additionally, I found out the player was primarily focused on the EUNE server, a naturally less-competitive server, for his challenger games. For this reason, I think there was a fair amount of negligence from their side.

It's also worth noting that the order essentially doesn't change as +50 LP would have guaranteed me challenger.

 

@Vemess the booster that played on this account is very unqualified and lost over 70% of games. The customer is now down a very large amount of LP. As such, @Direchampion is owed a full refund on this order. The lost LP doesn’t have to be made up, but there was gross negligence here and a refund should at least be issued as you even charged a premium for this service. Please let me know when the refund has been issued of 140 euros.
