What makes forgetting something feel very frustrating?

Here is something that I wrote up in school today as an assignment, I'm not sure what inspired me to try so hard but I think I did a good job. Thought you guys might like my ideas.

Being frustrated is an emotion, and emotions come from the brain and its ability to think for itself, and retain or forget information, so obviously your brain is what causes you to feel frustrated when you forget. A few examples I have come up with are... Forgetting where you are going could be frustrating, thinking you are forgetting something but aren't sure, or knowing you need to do something important but just can't seem to remember what. But, there are also ways to remember things you have forgotten. Usually before you think of something, you are inspired to think of it by something else, therefor if you could remember what you say, heard, did, etc... you might remember what you forgot. In conclusion, forgetting may be frustrating but if you relax and think very hard you might be able to remember what you forgot.

What do you guys think makes you frustrated when you forget something?

Are we supposed to discuss this? There really is no area to debate, you're just offering advice on something...

Your brain trips up sometimes and cannot retrieve information you are trying to think of, it's called a brain fart :p

Haha, a brain fart. Ya its just something I put out there but it could be discussed, or debated I just didn't get much of a reaction so I guess there won't be any debating happening.
