Does anyone know what this mod for the custom names is?

like all the mods and admins have the special disigned names does anyone know the mod of this? or its not a mod :?

 

If you want a user image for your name on Sythe, that is a moderator-only privilege.

If you want something like this for your own forum, it is quite simple to do a Google search for "vBulletin username image" or some variation on that.

I believe that's why you can't find it. Matthew apparently did the one for Sythe.org himself so maybe there aren't any out there.
