user rented me account whip broke mid stake on my 4th stake user on had tentacle no extra whip made me lose 125m and says im responsible for supllying whip where his tos doesnt state that. I lost 125m due to a service provider not keeping track of his staking accounts utensil i want a Screenshot - 3df32e1981bb2751bb5ed9154c90090b - Gyazo Also was up 35hp when kraken broke he ha no replacement ship is blaming me

 

Firstly I gave you Max main with Abyssal tentacle, whip was not broken and plus Account had Kraken tentacle, Second I never check Abyssal tentacle status, I just check if Account have Abyssal tentacle, if you need better Abyssal tentacle status , okay cool, you can use Kraken tentacle, account had Kraken. Account have Tentacle Whip & Max main Stats! sentece from my topic, so Account had Tentacle Whip & Max main stats, if something wrong with account ,always you can tell me before start

 

i should bot be held liable for an account thats tent whip had 25 charges left. Thats not fair plus when kraken breaks u lose the whip not the tent. U owe me 125m

 

I am responsible for account, I gave you new good password, max stats, abyssal tentacle, but I can't responsible for charges because you play with account , not me and I can't follow how much left, if you need new Abyssal you can just ask before start. I can't buy full inventory whip. I am giving Account information with Abyssal tentacle and that's it, if you need help, ask me.

 

You should be responsible for keeping track of a good whip for every customer. The customer shouldnt have to make sure of that. You owe me 125m man that’s absolutely fucked

 

I am responsible for account security. About whip, each customer has to check himself how much left, I am giving Max acc information and Abyssal tentacle

 

Where in ur tos does it say ur clients are in charge of the account. Thats like renting a jet ski to somebody and they run out of gas middle of the ocean and the company says oh sorry you shouldve checked the gas.

 

@NeTTuno you're not responsible for his loss but you will need to refund him the rental since you did not ensure that the account was in rentable shape before you rented it out

If anything he should half to refund half and be liable for half of it.

 

It's also your responsibility to check the whip before you duel he does not owe you for the stake

So @video he only has to pay back 5m for this? Maybe make ur tos on stakers more clearer cuz this is fked its not loke i lost a stake and want my go back. I lost a stake because the renter didnt tell me the whip was about to break.

 

I know it's an unfortunate situation. The renter is responsible to provide a usable whip but the staker also has to check how many charges the whip has themselves. We can't hold him liable for the stake you lost, just the rental charge

 

He pmed me last night wanting to fix. Meaning i think he wanted to pay half back. But now that u made ur verdict he can change that?

 

If he told you he would cover half then he has to honor that

 

what ? i wanted to fix it quickly and invite Admin to our Skype chat, no half back.
I didn't say anything about half back, I can now refund 5m for renting service
